A quiet lakefront cottage provides a setting for friends and family to gather. The neighborhood is friendly and inviting. Friends live nearby, and evening walks to share a glass of wine while the sun sets is not uncommon. As a homeowner though, you want your guests to remain safe. With a unique setting below the road, the staircase in the front yard served as the main access to the home and the old stairs no longer fit the bill. New stairs restored access for all.
