To replace old rotted wood steps, the homeowners opted for a more natural looking solution for maneuvering from their driveway to the backyard. Weathered limestone and natural stone steps now harmonize the steps with the vast, mature woodlands surrounding the home.
A handcrafted curved wooden handrail and posts add to the sense that the materials were sourced right from the backyard. It’s as if the steps have been here forever, always blending seamlessly into the landscape.
